Welcome to the home of Simon Royal. Whether you use a G3 PowerBook, G4 PowerMac, G5 iMac or an Intel based Mac this site caters for all.

It has news, reviews, the latest rumours, how-to articles, takeapart guides, links, downloads and you will also find my blog which is updated daily.

I use both old and new Macs myself and my house is full of them. My beloved Intel iMac died recently. It has been replaced with a gorgeous eMac G4 1.25Ghz and both my sons have an eMac G4 800Mhz each. My portable Mac, for use on the move (or in the garden) is my awesome PowerBook G3 'Pismo' 400Mhz, which I absolutely love using. Alas it is the only and probably the last G3 machine in our house.

Nothing compares to the experience of using a Mac. Apple's unique styling and superb UNIX based Mac OSX operating system, put the Mac where the rest of the computing world should be.

Check out my latest articles, like how to clone a Mac hard drive, adding music To iTunes and an iPod and running Leopard on a G3. Or take a look at my very popular article on Mac compatible PCMCIA wireless cards and my ongoing Mac browser test and reviews. You can view all of my articles to the left.

You could also check out my column Mac Spectrum on LowEndMac, dedicated to getting the most out of your Mac and older machines.

Windows users, give it a go. Use a Mac for just 24 hours and then tell me if you don't like them. Check out Mac OSX and tell me it isn't an enjoyable, intuitive and hassle free operating system.
